Meet, Worship, Serve

Here’s the plan:  We have a wide variety of service opportunities available that people can get involved with during the morning hours of September 17.  We are currently signing up volunteers for each of these opportunities (listed below).  After a rewarding morning of serving our community and our church, we will gather together for a worship celebration at 11:30 am.  There will only be ONE WORSHIP SERVICE on September 17, and there will be NO SABBATH SCHOOL CLASSES on that date.  The Hospital Church is blessed with worshippers who enjoy a variety of worship styles, so our worship service on this date has been planned specifically with each one in mind.

In order to have the greatest meaning and impact possible, many people will be involved in the planning and implementation of the morning service opportunities.  Here’s where you can get involved right now:

1.  SIGN UP!  Select the service opportunity that utilizes the gifts that God has given you.  Keep in mind that, when you sign up, you have committed to serve with the others on that team.  They are counting on you to arrive on time and ready to serve!

2.  LEAD!  Many of our service opportunities already have leadership in place, but some still need leaders.  Indicate on the service sign-up sheet that you would like to be a leader!

3.  IDEAS!  There’s still time to think of more ideas for service opportunities.  Do you have a service opportunity idea that you would like to lead that we don’t know about?  Tell us!  We’ll be happy to add it on!
